The service
Voice to Quote helps you prepare, manage and share quotes, invoices and related business records. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and provide accurate account information.
Your responsibility
You control the final content you send. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed. Voice to Quote does not provide legal, accounting, tax, engineering or professional trade advice. You are responsible for prices, tax treatment, terms, customer authority and compliance with laws applying to your business.
Customer information
You must have a lawful basis to enter and use customer information. Do not upload unlawful content, secrets you are not authorised to use, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
Subscriptions
Pro subscriptions are billed through your Apple Account and renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel through Apple subscription settings. Prices and included usage are shown before purchase. Apple handles billing and applicable refund requests.
Top-ups
Top-ups are consumable purchases that add usage to an active Pro account for the period displayed before purchase. They do not renew automatically, have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, bypass usage controls, probe security, automate abusive traffic, impersonate others, generate unlawful documents or interfere with other users. We may limit or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.
Availability
We aim to provide a dependable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change as we improve the product. Keep copies of business records you are legally required to retain.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Noora Labs Ltd is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or losses caused by documents you did not review. Consumer rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
Ending use
You can stop using the service and request account deletion in the app. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it separately in Apple’s subscription settings.
